Esq., of Mt Washington in the County of Berkshire, is
appointed to be Guardian unto Martin C. Chapin, born March 22, 1812 and Abigail
Chapin born January 24th 1811, minor children of David Chapin, late of
Salisbury in the State of Connecticut, deceased: and a bond is paid of the
said Merritt for the discharge of his said trust as on file.
