I, do testify and say, that, being authorized by the
Probate Court for the County of Berkshire on the Seventh day of April A. D. 1863,
to make sale of the real estate of Eugene
McIntyre, minor For the purpose in the license set forth, I give public
notice of the time and place of sale by causing notifications thereof to be
posted thirty days before the sale at the south schoolhouse, Mt. Washington
where the ward last dwelt on the Fifteenth day of April A. D. 1863 at
Salisbury, an adjoining town, Day of A. D. 1863, at another adjoining town, on
the day of A. D. 1863; and at where the real estate lies, on the day of A. D.
1863; and by publishing a notification thereof, three weeks successively in the
newspaper called the Berkshire Courier printed at Great Barrington commencing
on Thirteenth day of April A. D. 1863; and the following is a true copy of said
notices:
Guardians
By notice of a license from the Hon. James L. Robinson,
Judge of the Probate Court in and for said County, I shall sell at public
auction at the South School house in Mount Washington, in said county, on
Saturday the sixth day of June next at one of the clock in the afternoon, the
real estate of Eugene McIntyre of said Mount Washington, a minor of
whom I am guardian, namely one undivided ninth part of the real estate owned by
Coonrod McIntyre, late of Mount Washington at the
time of his decease at Mount Washington, with the buildings thereon, the
premises comprising about 1570 acres more or less, the shares of said wards
being deserved as heir of said Coonrod, Particulars and terms made known at time and place
of sale.
